I am still here. I'm not totally killing myself. I have yet to track my food this week, bad bad. I definitely can say I *hate* not getting up on schedule this week, not having homeschooling run smoothly, not getting my walking in, etc. I am ready to get back at it. I just LIKE how I feel when I'm doing things right. It goes a long way for your self confidence!
I am about to head out for kids' hair cuts. Then I have to come home and clean up this shack because someone is coming to look at our kitchen table this evening. We're wanting to sell it and get a new one that seats our entire family. ;) Our table has food stuck in crevices all over from 4 kids, so I have a lot of "deep cleaning" to do before the people come. LOL Then I need to go into overkill cleaning the house really good tonight and tomorrow because we have friends coming in on Saturday. That evening, we are having a special church service. Our friends will still be here with us on Sunday, too, so we will be busy enjoying their company.
So, in light of the fact that I've had a crappy, off-plan week, I wanted to explain why I'm probably not going to be around much until Sunday night or Monday. Busy, busy, busy! It's not that I'm in hiding because of how horribly off plan I am. No, I am bolder than that. LOL
I am still reading everyone else's blogs, though. Just a tad too rushed to read AND comment. I'm here. Will be back in full swing in a few days. Mwahhh!
I'll leave you with another funny! How real is this, Moms? Oh my word. LOL

Do your best. I'll look forward to a report next week.

ReplyDeleteLOL that pic is great :) don't worry mama...we are all there often. xo
ReplyDeleteWe'll still be here when things calm down for you :) Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI totally know what you mean about just feeling better when you're doing better. How I did the day before, effects how I feel the next day. I still treat it as a new day no matter what, but I wake up feeling good & proud of myself when I did well the day before. It definitely does do a lot for your self confidence. We've all had "those" type of weeks so just don't worry about it & plan for next week to be back on track. Hope you enjoy your company!
ReplyDeleteYou're right... How I feel is so much more important than losing the weight. I want to lose weight, of course, but more importantly I want to feel good about myself and get that confidence back. Enjoy your company!
ReplyDeleteHope things are slowing down and life it's getting back to normal.
ReplyDeleteHang in there, tomorrow is a new day!!
