Sick and Tired

Hope everyone had a nice weekend.  Mine was fairly lazy.

I woke up this morning doing good, fully ready to track the whole day.  My throat was a little sore was all.  I did good with breakfast.  After morning church service, my nose started pouring, I started sneezing constantly, and I just felt stuffy and miserable!  This is all a gift from the husband.  Gee, thanks.  We had the planned meal at home for today's lunch, but I ate more ham than I meant to.  Actually, I probably didn't do that bad with the ham.  I just didn't measure, so I really don't know for sure.  After that, I just felt terrible and for some reason wanted to eat, eat, eat.  I had some chocolate covered pretzels, and that's when points counting went out the door.

I ended up staying home from church tonight because I felt so bad.  My son and middle daughter have the same thing as me, so they stayed home, too.  Everyone is getting the bright red streaks under their noses.  Lol  Lots of Vaseline being applied today!

I had 2 Smart Ones burgers and some Baked Lays while I was home.

So it's not like today was horribly bad, but it wasn't on plan either.  I did manage to get in my 80 oz of water.  I was craving it, so I listened to my body and drank away.

I hope to get in bed early tonight, so that's why I'm blogging earlier than usual.  The husband only had this for like 2 days before he started doing better.  None of us have a fever or anything, so I'm hoping this passes quickly.

That being said, I'm going to *try* to get up and walk in the morning.  If I'm feeling too stuffy and awful, I'm just gonna keep sleeping.  We shall see.

Take care and hope your Monday goes good!
